Audit UPS to help Holland 1916 get a better understanding of where the money is going and where we can make to help save money.
During this time period we went over and fixed their cost analysis excel document. Once the cost analysis was completed we then went on to working on Hollands international invoices and began inputting data from their receivables. The data included duty, weight, billed gross, and bill net. I also got to learn what it's like to work with an associate who is unable to pull their weight. I had to do two times the work which had me staying up past midnight on school nights just so I could get the project done at the time we said we would. Also, I did not go talk to my other associates about this matter. I only talked to our instructor just to let him know that this associate should not be credited for this project. I feel I learned how to handle future situations like this very well after handling the situation.
We analyzed the data and found two thousand dollar worth of errors in which Holland 1916 was not being billed properly. Holland 1916 scheduled a meeting with UPS and will now be billed the proper amount.
